Traveling Painter Tiegxiong Chen.Born in 1971 in Xiamen, Fujian, he is a professional artist. He graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Art College of Xiamen University in 1998. Currently, he is a member of the Xiamen Artists Association and a painting tutor of the China Plein Air Painting Association.
